FAQ
Does it work with FM27 right now?
Yes. Bootroom supports Steam FM27 build 27.0.0 on Windows 10/11 (64-bit), including the launch preview. Epic, Xbox/Game Pass, Mac and future game patches aren't supported yet. We release updates when SI patches the game.
Why don't I see the change in FM straight away?
FM caches the player screens. Your edit is applied at once, but FM only redraws a player after you press Continue, so the new values show up the next in-game day. After continuing, click Read records in Bootroom before you edit again.
Do my edits stay in the save?
Bootroom changes the running game. Use FM's Save Game to write the changes into your save file. Always back up your save first. This is Early Access software.
Windows says "Unknown publisher"
The Early Access installer isn't code-signed yet, so SmartScreen may warn you. Click More info → Run anyway. Bootroom installs per user and never bundles game files.
Will it get me banned?
FM27 is a single-player game. Bootroom edits your own local save on your own PC. Don't use it in online multiplayer careers.
Refunds and support
If it doesn't work for you, you get a full refund within 14 days. Reply to your Gumroad receipt for support or to reset a PC slot.
